Fast Track Australia Group - Accident Management provides

  • A 24-hour/365 day toll free telephone facility for the drivers of your vehicles to report accident details and queries.
  • Provide each program-registered vehicle with a driver manual and double-sided windscreen label noting the 1800-service number.
  • Generic claim form completed on behalf of driver and then faxed to the insurance company claims department and also copy to appropriate personnel within your company for notification purposes only.
  • Arrange towing (if required) of the vehicle away from the scene of the accident to a suitable safe area.
  • Provide a replacement vehicle while repairs are undertaken at preferential rates. If a recoverable file, then this cost can be added to recovery action.
  • Fast Track Australia - Accident Management will arrange for the insurance company assessor to authorise repairs accordingly. Also ensure that all vehicle repairs are performed in a timely manner.
  • Fast Track Australia - Accident Management provides a loss report for damage under policy excess. We will jointly establish parameters with your company.
  • In the event the vehicle is roadworthy and minimal damage sustained, Fast Track Australia - Accident Management will arrange for a repair authority to be obtained from the appropriate personnel. We arrange for the vehicle to be picked up by the approved repairer and then returned once repairs have been completed, thus minimising downtime of personnel. Repairs below $ 1000.00 can be authorised through Fast Track Australia and claimed at a later date or when convenient.
  • Fast Track Australia - Accident Management will audit all invoices below excess on your behalf, detailing driver's name, registration number, accident date & location of accident. We will then forward them to the appropriate business unit for payment.
  • Fast Track Australia - Accident Management will provide you with a comprehensive recovery service for all under excess claims.
  • Fast Track Australia - Accident Management includes in this service, an Accident Management review report, which is provided on a quarterly basis. We can however produce this report on a more frequent level as required. This report summarises all accidents in that period together with costs and recoveries made on your behalf.
